I'm a bilingual content strategist based in Chicago, originally from Bogotá.

I’m usually happiest when a project is still a little messy. I like figuring out who we’re speaking to, what they need, and how the content, design, and workflow should come together.

Over the past seven years, I’ve worked across education, B2B, nonprofit, and consumer brands. I’ve built websites, bilingual campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, audience journeys, content libraries, and AI-assisted tools. Some projects begin with a blank page. Others begin with too many pages, too many opinions, or a process that stopped working a long time ago. I enjoy both.

I’m currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Design & Strategy at Northwestern University, continuing to explore how people find, understand, and use information.
